Multiple Attendance Marking Options

Employers can choose multiple attendance marking options to suit the business and location needs. SHLite allows provides Static QR, Digital QR and GPS enabled marking options and flip between the options at the touch of a button on your mobile phone.

No gadgets or complex software installations required – all you need is a smartphone and SHLite

Customizable Attendance System

SHLite features are flexible and allows the Admin to set Attendance Type, Shift Timings and more using a smartphone. These settings can be modified at anytime by the authorized personnel.

Our online attendance management systems come with option for Admin override to meet with unplanned situations like power snaps or employees mobile phone issues. Admin can also delegate limited access to subordinates to enable attendance marking in such situations.

Shift and Roster Management

Our Roster Management feature allows the authorized Admin to assign shifts and modify shifts for each employee as per the rostering requirements of the business.

Admin is also provided with the flexibility to assign shifts by the clock to meet unique needs like defined pre-start timings and post-closing timings for planned overlap of shift changes.

Limited rights may be assigned by the Admin to subordinates to deal with situational requirements.

Holiday & Special Shift Management

Organizations, especially service industries may need employees to attend to work on holidays or special shifts to meet urgent assignments and deadlines.

SHLite offers the Admin to assign attendance permissions to meet such special situations to ensure safety to the employees, security to work environments and transparency of attendance records.

Default settings would disable Attendance marking my employees on designated holidays and day-offs.

Online Leave Management

As HR regulations get complex and work pressures build up, the importance of Leave Management escalates for all organizations.

SHLite allows the Admin to define designated holidays, set week-offs and planned annual leave for each employee. Employee cannot mark attendance on these days unless the same has been revoked by an authorized personnel.

This feature would be highly useful for on-site contract employees with stringent penalties for faulty rostering.

Generate Reports from your Phone!

The complicated task of generating attendance reports is made easy with our flexible report generating feature. Select the Employee and the Date Range for which you need the attendance records and get a professionally formatted excel sheet in your registered email in no-time.
